Creating a virtual folder of use with VS.Net requires two major tasks:

Creating the Virtual folder

Adding the FrontPage server extensions to virtual folder to create a sub web

Subweb is a simply a virtual folder that contains a web site. By adding the FrontPage Server Extension to a virtual folder enables VS.net to create/maintain web applications in that folder
