Today I am hoping to work with Storing and Retrieving Data with ADO.NET. I first have to have Microsoft Data Engine (MSDE) or Microsoft SQL Server installed on my pc. I am pretty familiar with the Transact-SQL Language, however, I am not familiar with SQL Server. I may have to spend a few hours or a day learning the interface after trying to get a copy of the software.
I will talk with my employer to see if a copy can be provided to me as an early learning opportunity =)
Note:
I just received word that I will be starting earlier than expected September 29th. I will have to talk with Dr. P to about this.
